Set the emergency number to call when the panic button activated. During panic situation the unit
would call the emergency number and allow listen in action. Other than panic button activated, the
emergency number would neither receive alert SMS nor able to call into the vehicle to perform liste
n in. Depend on the different scenario the tracking unit can program to perform differently during
panic situation:
If the owner is also the driver or passenger or the vehicle (default setting)
In this type of panic situation the driver (owner) of the vehicle will need third party help. The emergency
number should be program to a trusted friend and relative which usually will not be in the vehicle togeth
er with the owner, so that the emergency contact person can perform listen in and seek for help.
If the owner is neither the driver nor the passenger of the vehicle
When third party is driving the vehicle, the unit can be program to send panic SMS to user hand phone
and the emergency number can be program to the user hand phone number too.
